COD Fraud & Fake-Order Prevention Platform
A tool I'm building to help online sellers in Pakistan check cash-on-delivery orders for signs of fraud before they dispatch them.

What it is
This is my own product, still in development. Online sellers in Pakistan lose money when fake or bogus cash-on-delivery orders get shipped and come straight back, so I'm building a platform where a seller can review an order first — look at the details, see anything that looks off, and decide whether it's safe to send.
The problem
A lot of COD orders turn out to be fake — wrong numbers, made-up addresses, people who never intended to pay. For a small shop, every returned parcel costs real money in courier fees, and checking orders by hand across messages and spreadsheets takes a lot of time.
What I built
I'm building the review workflow in Laravel, with a Python (FastAPI) service and MySQL behind it. The idea is simple: bring the order onto one screen, run checks on the phone number, address and order history, and show clear warning signs so the seller can make the call before dispatch.
Where it stands
This is still in development — it hasn't launched commercially, and I'm not claiming any results, integrations or customer numbers yet. I'm building it step by step and testing as I go.
